My favorite pizza at Chapinero Honeymoon is the best !! It's a pity that I asked for beer and they did not have any brand ... Nor did they care to satisfy my whim and it seemed something very normal 😔 bad service and deficinte contingency plan for their shortcomings.

When they started, they were good quality pizzas but they lost it, especially the pizzas at home arrive broken up stuck to the box, only flour and the little cheese of poor quality gives them an unpleasant rancid flavor.

Fatal, we asked for a burrata and they gave us cream cheese, when we told the waitress, she mentioned that the dish had been changed and that she did not have burrata, we did not understand how they did not clarify that when ordering the dish. I also ordered a pasta with prawns and brought only 6 prawns. Very expensive and zero rich.

 The attention they give in the restaurant makes one as a very uncomfortable customer, they pass over one without presenting the menu, and not even a good night. Last time I waited for more than 5 minutes to be treated and although the waitress saw us sitting at the table and they saw us come in they did not attend us and when they left they did not even worry about asking what had happened.

I made an address and it took 2 hours. I do not know what happens to this site but from 1 year to here it is in total decline. Too bad because it WAS one of my favorites.

In times of pandemic where one sees bakeries (even new ones) and other restaurants where the products are not fresh, it is nice to find a place like Bobs that maintains quality, I went for the 4-meat pizza, the salami, the Serrano ham and the others of excellent quality, you can see the place is organized, clean and with all the biosecurity measures, the girls in the kitchen always had their masks on and the hairnets on. I'll be back, excellent.

TERRIBLE!The customer service is terrible, I had to eat pizza without my drink because it never arrived, also go to the box to cancel because the waitress never returned to the table and we wanted to leave, that there were only two more people in the site, the most unfortunate thing is that when we approached the cashier to pay us they charged us the drink that never arrived and when we informed the waitress it made him laugh because he had forgotten.I believe that no one who paid for a service deserves this treatment. Outrageous.

We order two large Hawaiian and meat pizzas at home. From the start, the menu was suspicious because it was poisoned with everything, pizzas, lasagna, pasta, salads, sandwiches, but it was a good menu, very well made. The ugly pizza, the thick and hard dough and the ingredients far from making this a quality pizza.

If you want a really delicious pizza, this is the appropriate place, my favorites: honeymoon and Cesar Pavo, although the place is small and you have to wait for the preparation of the pizza, the truth is worth it, highly recommended!
